In my opinion, success in a career depends not only on the successful combination of circumstances, but also on the personal qualities of a person. Very many people get a chance in life for successful building their career and only the lack of some personal qualities does not allow them to take advantage of this opportunity. So, what personal qualities contribute to a successful career? I believe that these are such qualities  as the ability to think creatively, the ability to work with pleasure, responsible attitude to work, the ability to work on one's own shortcomings, the ability to get along with people. To conclude, everything depends on the people and their attitude to the work they do.
