 в то время как  мы пересекали дорогу я увидел Виктора
он сказал  что он ждет своего друга который приехал из Москвы
он сказал что ждет  его уже 20 минут

В первом предложении "last night" будет в конце предложения WE WENT TO A FOOTBALL FIELD LAST NIGHT
