Chocolate pancakes

-  1 cup of flour

-  2 tea spoons of cocoa powder

-  2  tea spoons of sugar

- 1 cup of milk

- 1 fresh egg

Mix all dry ingridients in a big bowl, then mix egg and milk with a mixer in the other bowl. Pour milk and egg into a bowl with sugar, flour and cocoa and then make a dough.

It is necessary to fry pancakes on the warmed frying pan  for 3 minutes on each side. You can dish it up with sauces, yogurt, syrups or honey.
