Use the verbs in the Past Indefinite Tense:
1.He gets up at sixevery morning, goes out,runs around the house three times for exercise, comes back, makes himself breakfast and has it. 2. His wife gets up at 8 o’clock, does her hair, has a cup ofcoffee, and takes the dog fora walk m the park.
