Далее, нам известно, что для образования отрицания и вопросов в Present Simple нужны вспомогательные глаголы. Их два. Для I, you, we, they - это do.Для he, she, it - это does.

Не за что. Может быть вариант наоборот. В первой части дается отрицание. Во второй, после запятой, пишете тогда do you, does he...
