6) He said to Bert when all this had been decided

2. I asked Jim where he had been the previous night.

3. She asks me if I think it is right.

4. He asks Liz what she is doing there.

5. Lucy asked Jo why had not the doctor been sent for.

6. He asked   Bert when all that had been decided.
