Нужно составить диалог, по данной схеме. Желательно использование в этом диалог следующих фраз:
Oh, I am really sorry to hear that.
You must be/feel really disappointed/angry.
You will never guess what happened to me ...

-Hello! How was your holiday?-Oh it was the worst holiday I've ever had-Oh, what happened?-Our family was going for a walk together, but we couldn't find our dog anywhere. Finally our neighbor told us that someone hit our dog on the street.-Oh, I'm really sorry to hear that. You must be really disappointed about that situation -I feel alright now, but my little sister is still depressed. it was her favourite dog. -Oh, she is only 5 years old. It must be hard for her to calm down.-Yeah, but I think she will get well with time
