My day in London
On Sunday we went an a day trip to London. It (rain) when we (start) and a strong wind (blow). But when we (arrive), the rain already (stop) and only little white clouds (fly) across the sky. We (be) sure we (have) a wonderful day. And we (do). We (visit) the National Gallery and (feel) quite happy. After that we (see) a colorful procession (walk) along the Mall. At 2 o'clock our group (be) in the Tower of London. There we (tell) a lot of legends: about the ravens who (live) there and about the kings and queens who (live) there. It already (become) quite hot when we (leave) the Tower. So, our teacher (lead) us to Hyde Park where we (find) some shady place and (watch) the ducks (float) in the water.
