Sport is very popular in our country. Many people do sport in our country. They want to stay healthy. The most popular spectator sports are football, ice hockey, volleyball, basketball, boxing and swimming. In my opinion sport is important for our health. Sport  makes people strong and gives a lot of joy. Some people participate in sports, others prefer watching them on TV.  A lot of people never exercise. They eat unhealthy food as well. To keep fit some people join special classes or take part in aerobics or yoga, do some kind of training in a gym. Others play football, badminton, volleyball, tennis. Sport is a good means of struggling with stress.

I especially like to play team sports. Iplay football after school almost every day.

In our family we all love to swim and play tennis. I usually go for a jog on Saturdays mornings. Jogging abd swimming are good for the heart and lungs. My friends and I sometimes ride our bikes. Regular physical exercises give us more energy. 

On Sundays I practice my favourite sport of all - sleeping!
