what is your opinion about crying in public are there different rules for men and women in your country

Well, of course i think that crying in public isn't normal as a rule. If only something happens with a person that makes him cry in public. Imagine he gets a phone call and he is told that somebody of his relatives died . In such situation it is difficult to judge or condem somebody. We must control our emotions and feelings in public. There are not definite rules how men or women should behave in public .People must not appear naked , drunk or drink alcohol in public .
