A lot of things can be improved in a hospital.First, conditions in the wards can be improved.  New beds and bed linen can be bought. Air-conditioners can be installed to make the air inside the building  better.If possible better and more efficient medicine should be used.New technology can be used at a larger scale.Food is usually very bad in hospitals, so more tasty food should be offered to the patients.Salaries of doctors should be raised too.Nurses and paramedics should also get a higher pay.Doctors who work at nights should really work, not sleep.
