what are the advantages of having a sports centre near your house?

The advantages would be: would save money on transport. may be cheaper. easier to be able to get to the sports centre as it is local.Well, there are some factors which prevent me from doing my leisure activites such as lack of time and probably lack of money . For instance , after studing i feel exhausted and cannot find enough time for my hobbies ordue to lack of wherewithal i cannot afford myself go to the gym or swimming pool 

You could definitely see the advantages of having a sports center near your house. It's going to be easier for you to get there. You will be able to save money that you would spend on transportation. Also it's a great opportunity to develop yourself and your skills in different sports and activities/
