The House of Parliament in Great Britain is the supreme body of legislative power. It has absolute power over all the United Kingdom political authorities and its territories. Queen Elizabeth II is at the head of the House of Parliament .There are two chambers the Upper House of the Lords and the Lower House the Commons. Queen is the third part of the Parliament.Voters do not choose the House of Lords, unlike the House of Commons. Meetings of the House of Lords and the House of Commons are in different rooms of Westminster Palace in London. But the seals of the House of Lords are essentially limited and, so, the power belongs to the House of Commons
