hello. don't be upset Sue. if it's more expensive to get your mp3 player fixed than i advise you to buy a new one. i had the same problem few months ago. i bought a new mp3 player. now it works good and there are a lot of songs, spanish lesson's audio and fairy-tales. by the way my mp3 player is a product of samsung
