In letter you've said, that your parents are very busy and they don't have time to listen to you. I must tell you, that I have the same problem. But I have a lot friends. I always share ideas with them and they listen to me. I solve this problem in such way. I think, that your parents are right, because every child should be at home before nine o'clock, in my opinion.
