You should not skip meals. It's bad for health and body.
You should eat more healthy food and love yourself. Or you may visit a psychologist or a doctor. I am sure you have a problem just in your head.
You may do some morning exercises. It'll make you feel better and you shouldn't think that you are fat. It's wrong really! You needn't be skinnier.
