Happiness is a feeling that lives inside each of us.

Unfortunately not all people are able to feel it.

A person cannot  buy happiness or  win it in the lottery.

He can grow his happiness.

I am a happy person.

I am happy and enjoy every day of my life.

I am glad to every minute of my life.

Of course I have hardships and difficulties in my life, but my happiness gives me strength to overcome them.

Happiness means to live your life in such a way that you wish.

So when retired you have something to remember. I'm a happy person because I have many friends.

I’m happy because I have loving parents and a lot of relatives.

I’m happy because I have goals in my life.

I try to enjoy every day of my life.

I try to  be happy all the time.

I am happy  because of the bright sun shining directly into my window.

I am happy when I play basketball or ride a bike.

 I am happy  when I look at a large rainbow after a downpour.

So be happy!
