My family prefers to have meals at home. I can cook very well and always help my mother in the kitchen. I can make vegetable and fruit salads, pies and pancakes with different tasty fillings. I like to get up early and help my mother with breakfast. For breakfast we usually have porridge, scrambled eggs, tea with sweet things. I also like to cook Ukrainian borsch. My father enjoys it. My sister lays the table with a nice tablecloth, clean plates, spoons, forks and knives. We sit down at the table together. My father smiles and makes jokes on me and my cooking abilities. I don`t feel offended with him, because he has a good sense of humor. He likes to say that eating at a restaurant is a waste of time and money. I completely agree with him.
