тебе вопрос надо было сделать? вот вопросы. если надо было сделать вопросительный хвостик, так в чем проблема: ставится в конце отрицание, если было утверждение, и утверждение, если было отрицание. Так что надо было: вопрос с хвостиком или вопрос из утвердительного предложения? четче вопросы задавайте.
