Помогите правильно перевести

Я считаю что раньше было хуже чем сейчас .потому что люди работали От заката до рассвета А сейчас мы много отдыхаем.У нас есть компьютерные игры и телевизоры.В новое время появляются новые технологии и лекарства .Но так было не всегда, ещё 10лет назад всего этого не было .Все жили иначе .
