Dear John,  

Thanks for your letter. It was great to hear from you again.  

In your letter, you asked me about the most popular sports with my friends. Of course, football is sport no. 1.  Well, in our school we have a big sports ground where we can play different games such as volleyball, football, pioneer ball and others. Many of my classmates enjoy playing basketball at our PT lessons.

As for me, in order to keep fit, I try not to eat much fast food, but I try to eat healthy food. I prefer to eat more fruit and vegetables and I often go out into the open air and do sports. I am fond of swimming and riding my bike. I also try not to sit late hours and  I usually sleep not less than 7-8 hours. That's all for now.
