On these holidays I engaged in a healthy lifestyle. Every morning I would Wake up at 7.00 o'clock in the morning doing exercises and fled to the Park for a run. Then only a healthy Breakfast for a real athlete is important. After Breakfast, you need to relax then you can do something useful but not to play the computer or watch TV. And I always went to the rink. There was always a lot of guys and we played different games on the ice most often in hockey. I had a great vacation!
