The day of my journey to Geneva was very foggyand I was afraid the flight might be cancelled. When I rang the airport, they told me I should checkIn at the normal time. On the way there in a taxi Fog seemed to be getting thicker but as we arrived I sawa plane landing, which cheered me up. There werea lot of people in the departure lounge at first butmore and more of them disappeared as their flightswere called. After an hour there were only about sixof us left and then we had heard the words I'd beendreading: 'We regret to announce the cancellationof Flight 267 to Geneva. 'Naturally, we all demandedto know what was going to happen to us and, in theend, the airline здесь явно чего то пропущено!!! out us on a plane to Dublin. From therewe caught a flight to Paris, where we had to travelto a different terminal by bus before finally boardinga plane for Geneva. We arrived, exhausted, five hours late.
