Победительницы возносились до небес: их портреты печатали на обложке журнала "Иллюстрированная Россия" и воспроизводили на открытках, выпускавшихся парижскими издательствами. В жюри таких смотров красоты входили самые знаменитые деятели искусства русской эмиграции. Так, в 1928 году конкурс судили писательница Тэффи, балерина Преображенская, писатель Куприн, литератор С.К. Маковский и другие.
