нужно ли правительству регулировать то что смотрят люди или позволить им решать самим ,что смотреть? Почему?
Should the government regulate what tv programmes people watch, or should they be left to decide for themselves ? Why?

The people the right to decide for themselves what to watch, and the prohibition to watch something (not breaking the law of course) will have a negative impact on the attitude of the people to the government.
