What does Mary's father have?  Mary's father has a red car "Ford", doesn't he? What car does Mary's father have? What is its colour? Whose father has a red car "Ford"?

2. The Whites cannot speak English. Can the Whites speak  English? Can the Whites speak English or German? Who can speak English? What can the Whites do? What language can the Whites speak?  The Whites can speak English, can't they?
