1 There are a lot of reasons why people love to travel. First of all, they long for new experiences, something exciting and different. Travelling is a way to test yourself, to get outside your comfort zone. Another strong reason for travelling is a desire to learn, to discover new places, new cultures and meet new people. It is also a way to relax and improve your health.

2 As for the best time for travelling I think it depends on the part of the world where you want to go. For example, they say that the best time to visit the northern USA is between May and June. But if you plan a journey to a hot country, it would be cleverer to go there in winter (unless it is the season of rains there). Some people believe any time is great for travelling if you are well prepared.

3 There are a lot of different means of travelling, such as airplanes, ships, trains, buses, cars, etc. Each of them has its advantages and disadvantages, but I prefer travelling by train. It is super convenient and eco-friendlier than using a car. Another reason is that I don't feel safe while travelling by plane.
