1)your brother got divorced recently and moved out of his house, so you invited him to stay for a few days. Its now six weeks later and he*s still living with you. He isnt working at the moment, so he just stays at home and watches TV all day
2)You ve got some new neighbours and they*re very friendly. However, they come round to your house three or four times a day asking for help, or just to chat. They usually stay for at least half an hour each time and it*s beginning to drive you crazy
