1 is Billy being (временное,несвойственное кому-то поведении)— is ( глагол-связка)

2 are you tasting (попробовать на вкус)  ..tastes( иметь вкус)

3 looks ( глагол связка) -are looking ( намеренное действие)

4 do you think (спрашивают о чьем-то мнении)  ...-am thinking ( подумывает/ раздумывает)
