Put the verb in Present Simple or in Present Continuous

My brother and l have a party tomorrow. We are being all very busy at that moment. Mum is backing a cake and l decorating the house. I like balloons, so l am blowing a lot of them. My brother is helping me although he doesn’t like them very much. We have a party every year to celebrate our birthday. We are twins. We always have a great time.
