Yes, I feel like this answer. I guess, People have to wear special uniform at work. There are lots of different directions to have necessary dress code such as ; kindergartens, schools, universities, offices, plants, transport etc. Each style of uniform has to be according with it's profession.

I believe, the uniform (dress code) is an integral part of the success of the company (school, train, plant). Because our uniform is what makes us different and the unique from others. I might say this is the simbol of the personality as each person as the biggest corporation.

To brake the dress code rule , means to be not match all the main aims of the enterprise.
