rihannaMost of people think that sport is only guaratee to save healthy life. However, other people believe that they can live without sport.
In my opinion, sport has not the primary role in health. If observe daily regime, eat healthy and balanced, spend time in the fresh air everything will be fine. A large part of the society sees the load on muscles and day-to-day exercises necessary. However, heavy load have a bad consequences, such as injuries and bruising. But, at least morning exercise will be good for human's health.
Sport is very important, but it maybe traumatic and danger, If do not estimate the power. After all, there are other factors, that is also should be viewed. It is like nutrition, menthal health, etc.
