  • Many people are stressed because they do not comply with sleep patterns. In my opinion, healthy sleep is important for people and especially for young people. I think, any student must get enough sleep. Person who get few hours of sleep it is person who can't feel good. And it is not really good. when we sleep a little, our body cannot cope with all the loads. that's why I think healthy sleep is important
