  • Nowadays there are many problems with   excess weight. Young women want to be very beautiful , strong and to have pretty face. But there are many delcious food. And we forget about heath and diets. Here  are  mane advice. You should do physical exercises every day. it is also heathy to eat less but more times for day. It is good to eat less fastfood and other  high-calorie food. We will bee happy if we are healthy.
