 b  What do you do? (Вопрос про профессию, обычное занятие - нужно использовать Present Simple)

3a Why are they finishing early this afternoon?

 b  Do they usually finish work at 4 o'clock?

4a  Does the company develop new software programs? (подсказка уже в ответе - глагол does)

 b What is it currently developing? (действие, протекающее на момент речи)
