2. Where you did this het? (не нашёл перевода слова het, возможно, это какая-то ошибка, сделал по смыслу)

5. How long you does take to the center of the city to get it?

6. Have you written this letter?

7. Is she playing the piano now?

8. How do you want to celebrate this day?

P.s я бы ещё поставил are  в предложениях 2,3,4 перед you, но в задании этих слов нет, так что лезть не стал.
