    7. Drink a lot of water.
    8. Take showers at least every day
    9. Don't skip breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day.
    10. It is better to restrain from eating after 19:00.
    11. Have a stress-free mind. If you are stressed, try to breathe slowly, calm yourself down and relax.
    12. Be happy and positive.
    13. Walk a lot.
