I really experienced a big cultural shock 2 years ago. It happened in London while I was visiting my friends. I was very surprised and shocked when I decided to have a shower but I realized that there in England they have two different taps for the hot and for the cold water. This fact confused me so I had to use the bath. Anyway after a few days I had to buy a special device which could mix the hot and cold water.
