The photo shows a girl with a cat in her arms, sitting on the ground. I believe that the girl feels sad. It seems to me that the girl is an orphan. She has neither home nor money so she is without shoes. This cat is probably homeless, and she just picked him up. Most likely the cat will run away, and the girl will go on wandering down the street.
