There are a lot of cooking programmes on television these days. They seem to be on day and night. In fact, some channels are nothing but cooking. How many TV chefs do we need? I actually think that very few people make any of the dishes they see on these programmes. Perhaps people spend so much time watching cooking shows that they don't actually have time to cook or eat!
