There should be a place for sports in everyone’s life. It is necessary for your health, for sustaining your immune system and for keeping you in a good mood. The best way to get used to physical exercises is to join children’s sports club.There are such sports clubs in every early development center as well as in schools and kindergartens, there are also special clubs but they are more professional. Thus, when I was still very little I joined the club near my house where teachers taught us how to do different gymnastic moves, trained our endurance, did cold trainings as if it was a game plus, they also arranged fun competitions and team games.When I grew older I realized what sport I wanted to do. I always like single combats that’s why my parents signed me up for judo. Now I go there twice a week and I’m very happy with my results. Besides a great physical training it also gives me a lot of opportunities for self-development. When I participate in competitions and win prizes it makes me more self-confident.Another reason why I believe that sports clubs are important in my life is the ability to make new friends. My relationship with friends from the club is much stronger than with my classmates. I think it happens because our friendship was tested by combat. All of us swore to follow the judo code of honor when we joined the club. That’s why I don’t doubt the loyalty of my friends at all.
