When we arrived at the resort, we checked in to the hotel and then went straight out to the ski mountains covered in snow. All around the resort, the mountains were beautiful.

My brother and I decided to ski down the highest mountain, so we got onto a ski lift. We were on our way up to the top when the lift broke down. When we finally got to the top, the resort was closed, and we only had time for one run.

When we got to the bottom of the mountain, Mum and Dad were waiting, and it was time to go back to the hotel for dinner. It wasn't a great start to the holiday, but the day after we skied all day, so it didn't matter at all. What a great weekend!
