-A shop is a place where you can buy different things.-There are different kinds of shops: butcher shop(where you can buy meat and poultry), florist's (that sells flowers), fishmonger's (that sells fish), greengrocer's(that sells fruit and vegetables),bakery (where bread, cookies and other baked food are sold) and many,many other shops.-Shops can be big or little, private or state-owned.-There are big department stores where you can buy nearly everything.-I like shopping and I always help my mom to do it.
