1) I (be) in the school for one and a half years now

2) He play football regulary for many years when he was younger 

3) Where have you (pay)?  You're covered in mud!

4) He (not/give) me back the money he borrowed yet.

5) I (lift) heavy boxes all morning and now I need a rest.
