The Unated Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland is situated on the British isles. The British Isles consist of two large islands, Great Britain and Ireland and about five thousand  small islands. The UK is made up of four countries: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. There are  a lot of rivers  in Great Britain,but they are not very long. The UK is one of the world's smaller countries. Its population is over 57 million. 

England is the largest and the most populated part of the UK.

It is washed by the North Sea. the Irish SEA. the English Channel and the Strait of Dover.

The capital of England is London.

It is the largest city in Britain.

There are many rivers in England. the longest is the Severn

England is  mostly a lowland country

The symbol of England is  a rose
