  • Nowdays it is very important to eat healthy food because food is the main course of energy for our body.Not all kinds of food are equally useful and junk food do harm to our health. For instance, fast food makes us fat and it is one of the cause of obesity and heart desease. As for me, I want to say we should eat more fruit, vegetables, boiled meat and fish ,which are rich of vitamines and minerals.
