Помогите дать отзыв на пословицу"There is no such thing as bad weather,only bad clothes" 7-8 предложений

I think, that adage 'There is no such thing as bad weather,only bad clothes', said for us, that there is bad clothes. I. e. there is clothes? which can`t keep us in warm and dryness, becouse it haven`t love. But the weather always wonderful, there is other adage: Nature has no bad weather! In opinion, weather always can take pieasure for us,and clothes can`t do it every day!
