My favourite sport is swimming .I like it is because it is an excellent form of exercise ,as all my muscles are used during swimming.it also builds up muscle strength so my body is kept in shape and spending hours at the pool on hot summer days is my favourite pastime .It isboth team and individual kind of sport.. most of all I like  participating in sports activities, as i enjoy   what i do  and  stay healthy, than watching sports activities on TV, which won't  give me those feelings that i get in action.

My favorite sport is swimming. This is very interesting and good sport for muscles, but very hard. I like this sport because it's making me stroger and helping me to kip fit. This is individual sport, so you can't relax for a second in this kind of sport. I prefer participating in sports. I haven't got any medals and diplomas, but I know that if I would training hard, I  will achieve anything!
