In my opinion the charge-free obligatory general education is a very important and necessary benefit for the society.  Without it many children will remain illiterate and ignorant. For example in CIS countries all the children receive the charge-free obligotary general education and that helps its population to be educated. However there are some weak points in such a type of education. It is non-enough explanation or ill-explanation from the part of teachers, since the teachers salary is not enough high and that makes them be weak-motivated.
