Halloween is a really old holiday. People celebrate it on the 31st of October. It's quiet popular in Europe and in the USA. But, russian people also like this holiday. As always, people make costumes and get them on. Also, they take pumpkins and cut them to make faces. They are really cool and scary! Then, they go to different houses asking for sweets. They ask: "Trick or treat?" and get a lot of delicious sweets and chocolates. All of the children around the world like this celebration so much! They prepare everything very early and well to be the scariest person on the party! Let's refer to the history of this famous celebration. Some old people can say that Halloween has become less about literal ghosts and ghouls and more about costumes and candy. That's really sad because Halloween is losing its own history...Also, let's tell who thought Halloween up? The Celts used this day to mark the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter.
